Experiencing profound feelings of sadness, loneliness, disrupted sleep, changes in appetite, unexpected weight fluctuations, low energy levels, negative thoughts,  hopelessness, diminished interest in activities, restlessness, or agitation? PTSD

Are you facing recurring, unwanted, and distressing thoughts of a traumatic life event? Do you experience severe emotional distress, physical reactions, troubling dreams, nightmares, or flashbacks related to the experience? It's possible you're not fully aware of the impact this event has had on you. Maybe you've disconnected as a protective measure, or the event affected someone close to you. Through therapy models like EMDR and NARM, you can have relief from these symptoms.

Relationships

Are you stuck in a standstill with your romantic partner, caught up in power dynamics at
work, struggling to communicate effectively with your roommate, or feeling frustrated with family dynamics? If negative interactions are becoming too common for comfort, emotional distress, differences in personality, and conflicts may be impeding your ability to nurture healthy relationships.
