Chloe Roberts, MSW, LISW-S
As a therapist, I bring empathy and authenticity to my work, specializing in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am trained in several therapeutic modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
I have worked in various settings with adults and Veterans. These settings included a university counseling center, the US Department of Veteran Affairs, outpatient clinics, and a residential substance use facility.
My approach is rooted in building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and collaboration. I believe in the power of these evidence-based therapies to facilitate healing and growth. As a trained therapy dog, Louie can provide comfort and support to those who may benefit from his presence. Louie reminds us that sometimes all we need is a furry friend and a good laugh to brighten our day!
